Recipe for Curry Chicken Rice


  • 1 cup (240g) rice, washed and drained
  • 2 cups (500ml) water
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chicken stocks powder
  • 8 tbsp (60g) fried shallots
  • 3 tbsp (50g) KampongKu Curry Chicken Paste


  1. Add the washed and drained rice into a rice cooker.
  2. Pour in water, chicken stocks powder, fried shallots and KampongKu Curry Chicken Paste.
  3. Stir and mix the ingredients well.
  4. Close the lid and press cooking button.
  5. When the timer goes off, mix everything together. Serve and enjoy!
