Recipe for Curry Chicken Rice
- 1 cup (240g) rice, washed and drained
- 2 cups (500ml) water
- 1 tbsp (10g) chicken stocks powder
- 8 tbsp (60g) fried shallots
- 3 tbsp (50g) KampongKu Curry Chicken Paste
- Add the washed and drained rice into a rice cooker.
- Pour in water, chicken stocks powder, fried shallots and KampongKu Curry Chicken Paste.
- Stir and mix the ingredients well.
- Close the lid and press cooking button.
- When the timer goes off, mix everything together. Serve and enjoy!
